Open-Source Software
Agent I2I includes software and models made by others, and one program of ours, shared under open-source licences. Each is licensed to you by its own authors under its own licence, not under our Terms of Service or our End-User Licence Agreement (see its section 7). This page lists them, with their licences and the notices those licences require. Some of these licence texts also ship with the application.

Nuitka
The application's backend modules are compiled with Nuitka 4.2.2, which builds its runtime library into each of them. That runtime library is licensed under the GNU Affero General Public License version 3 with the Nuitka Runtime Library Exception, Version 1.0, an additional permission under section 7 of that licence that allows the compiled modules to be distributed under terms of our choice. Nuitka's notice:

4. Source code
Piper, eSpeak NG and the Phos voice driver are licensed under the GNU General Public License version 3 or later, the FFmpeg library inside Electron under the GNU Lesser General Public License version 2.1 or later, and Berkeley DB, in the Linux package of version 0.1.1, under the Sleepycat licence. You may get their source code here:
- Piper 1.7.0: github.com/OHF-Voice/piper1-gpl, tag v1.7.0
- Phos voice driver, from version 0.1.2: the application carries it as its own source, uncompiled, as
tts/driver.pyin the application's resources folder, with its GPL notice at the top. That file is its complete source. - Phos voice driver, versions 0.1.0 and 0.1.1 (the same file in both): phos-voice-driver-0.1.1.py, its complete source,
tts/driver.py. Those versions ship it compiled: the build copies it to_driver.py, compiles that with Nuitka 4.2.2 under the application's own Python 3.10.21 (python -m nuitka --mode=module _driver.py --no-pyi-file --remove-output --disable-ccache --python-flag=no_docstrings), puts the compiled module in the application'sttsfolder, and replacestts/driver.pythere with three lines that start it. - eSpeak NG, as built into Piper 1.7.0: github.com/espeak-ng/espeak-ng, commit 724808c
- FFmpeg, as built for Chromium 150.0.7871.212 in Electron 43.3.0: chromium.googlesource.com/chromium/third_party/ffmpeg, commit ad41607c, with Electron's patch at github.com/electron/electron, tag v43.3.0, patches/ffmpeg
- Berkeley DB 6.0.19, in the Linux package of version 0.1.1: db-6.0.19.tar.gz, the archive python-build-standalone builds it from; and Python 3.10.21, whose
_dbmmodule uses it: github.com/python/cpython, tag v3.10.21
Written offer
We will give anyone who has a copy of Agent I2I the complete corresponding source code of each component in it licensed under the GNU GPL or LGPL or the Sleepycat licence, the Phos voice driver included, in the version we distributed, at no charge. Email support@phospai.com with your Agent I2I version and platform. This offer is valid for at least three years from the date you received that version, and for as long as we distribute or support it.
