Cancellation Policy

Cancel any time

Cancel from the billing portal in your account, or email support@phospai.com from the address on your account. Cancelling stops the next renewal.

All sales are final. This does not limit any right you have by law that cannot be waived. We sell to consumers and businesses worldwide (Terms §2).

After you cancel

You keep Phos until the end of the term you paid for. Then it stops. Your tasks, plans and recordings stay on your computer.

Until then, each computer must still sign in every 30 days (Terms §7).

Chargebacks

If something is wrong, contact us before disputing a charge with your bank. A chargeback ends the subscription. Phos then stops at its next licence check-in, up to 30 days later on a computer that is offline.
